Pallets-to-Profits XS Success Story: Angelo Nardone

When it comes to XS Energy Drink's ability to stir up sales—and open up dialogues with prospective IBOs—Angelo Nardone is sold.

And the Pallets-to-Profits program is just the latest extension of that belief that has formed over tried-and-true results the past eight years.

"Has XS, and Pallets to Profits, helped people qualify as Platinums?" he said. "Absolutely, there's no question in my mind about that."

"I've been around 35 years in this business and we've never had a product like XS that you could lead with," Nardone added. "A lot of people have had success with it and it's allowed us to use an approach that we've never used before."

For years, rather than trying to overcome someone's skepticism of business acumen, all a new IBO has needed to do is talk about the drink's no-sugar, no-carbs, low-calorie qualities and offer a sample.

Thereafter, it's been a simple matter to share the fact that the drink is connected to a larger opportunity to market the XS line, along with other products. "It's given some credibility and some confidence for a person to use that approach," Nardone said. "It's made a major difference for us."

And over the last few months, the Pallets-to-Profits program has had an impact, Nardone said, helping Platinums to qualify for sizeable financial incentives. Along the way, incentive pizza parties for those who sell a certain amount of XS have stimulated PV growth.

"I attribute it all to the Pallet program," said Nardone. "Without it, we could not have done it."

One IBO in Nardone's organization sold an entire pallet—about 225 cases—of XS in one month. The IBO was liberal in offering free samples, "giving away a case here or there. He had no problem using this as a loss leader."

Over the course of the month, and beyond, "he made excellent income and that caught the attention of a lot of people," said Nardone. "He showed how other people could do it, too."

"Bottom line, it's a sexy product," Nardone concluded. "People use it, they enjoy it, and it outshines any other product we have."
