Log into your account using your email address and password. On the main menu select 'Edit My Account Info'. You will then be able to edit your Billing Info, as well as your Account Access info (email address and password). Note that your email address is used to login to the system and to email you an order receipt.

Log into your account using your email address and password. On the main menu select 'See My Past Orders or Track an Order'. This will display a list of all orders you have placed with us, the Order Dates, and Invoice Amounts. To view an order simply click on the appropriate Order Number. You can then print this invoice online by pressing CTRL+P or selecting Print from the File menu in your browser.

All orders to US destinations except Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS Ground and can be tracked from the 'My Account' page:

1. Click on the 'Account' link at the top of the page
2. Login using your email and password
3. Select 'Check My Orders',
4. Select the order you wish to track
5. The order review page will open and there will be a large red button that says 'Click here to track this order'.

Note that orders are not available for tracking until after pickup by UPS. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing before trying to track your order.
Orders shipped Alaska, Hawaii, or anyplace in Canada do not have online tracking available at this time.

If you are using a public computer, you will want to log off, or sign out, before you leave the terminal. This will ensure that nobody else can view or access your personal information on that computer. In general closing all browser windows that you used for accessing XSGEAR.com will automatically end your session. You can also manually log off by clicking 'My Account' and then clicking 'I want to Logout'. This will end your session without closing the browser window. You can then continue to browse the XSGEAR website or any other website. If you want to access secure areas of XSGEAR.com you will need to again login with your email address and password.
