Expedited Shipping
We are able to expedite your order if requested. Once your order has been placed, simply e-mail us with your Order Number and the day you would like your order to be delivered. Be specific with all information to assure accurate and prompt service. All expedited order requests must be emailed by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. If received after 12:00 PM your shipment will not be processed until the following day. Please keep in mind that there is an additional charge for expedited shipping and will be charged to your Credit Card used for your original purchase. This cost will vary depending on location and how quickly you need your order.

Return Policy
XSGear offers a 30-day 100% guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. XSGear will not process a return or exchange for used or washed apparel items or any opened items (i.e. flyers and brochures). All items will be returned to XS Gear at the purchaser’s expense. For defective or incorrect items a return shipping label will be mailed to you. All items purchased in the “SPECIALS” section are final.

• All orders to continental US destinations are shipped via UPS Ground.
• Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are shipped via UPS Air and will incur a higher shipping charge.
• Orders can be tracked from your 'My Account' page: 
  1. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top or bottom of the page
  2. Login using your email and password
  3. Select 'Check My Orders',
  4. Select the order you wish to track
  5. The order review page will open and there will be a large red button that says 'Click here to track this order'.
• Note that orders are not available for tracking until after pickup by UPS. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing before trying to track your order.
