XS Energy Drink extends congratulations to Wyatt Gibbs, a 14-year-old from Laguna Beach, California who is sponsored by XS. Wyatt recently gained recognition as “Best Downhill Skater” from OC Weekly, a publication encompassing Orange County.

“Saving downhill skateboarding in Laguna Beach has become this young gun's cause," the story states. "He skates every day wherever he goes, sticking to the safety rules of the downhill sport in an attempt to set a good example for other local athletes, as well as to prevent haters from persuading the Laguna Beach City Council to ban it from the town."

In addition, the publication noted Wyatt’s success at skateboarding championships, on the local, national and even international level. Wyatt has also helped launch a skating team called Laguna Beach Alpha Groms.
